So, step one, we need to pick a niche, aka a group of people we want to help. And why do we want to target a group of people instead of targeting everybody?
Think about a general doctor versus a brain surgeon. Who gets paid more? A general doctor, on average, makes around $287,000 a year, while a brain surgeon makes around $300,000 to $800,000 a year. And so why the difference?
It’s because a general doctor is a generalist. He or she doesn’t specialize in a specific field and therefore gets paid less, whereas a brain surgeon specializes in solving a very specific problem and people go to him or her for that specific problem. And that’s why they get paid the big bucks.
And we want to do the same thing in business. We don’t want to be the generalist getting paid less. We want to be the specialists targeting a specific group of people,e and therefore we get paid for it. But also, we eliminate like 90% of the competition because we specialize in this specific group of people.
How to Pick the Right Group of People
Now, how exactly do we pick this group of people? Pretty simple. Just pull up your laptop or your phone. In this case, I’ll pull up my laptop and go to claw.ai.
Claude is like the better writing version of ChatGPT. I always say Chat GBT is like my therapist. It’s really good for answering personal questions, but for more business-specific questions and writing, Claude is way better. So, let’s use Claude.
And then you’re going to ask Claude, “I’m passionate about blank, blank, and blank. Which niche should I target for my business that’s easily found through Instagram DMs?”
Choosing Industries You’re Passionate About
So, now let’s break this down. So, you want to pick three different industries that you’re passionate about that you think you might be interested in helping.
So, for me, I’m passionate about fitness. I’ve been working out every day since I was 18 years old. I’m 25 now, 7 years in the industry. I also love music. I play the guitar. I’m not a great musician, but I like music. And then I’m also into photography/ videography.
So, I’m going to say photography/ videography. For example, in this video right now, I’m shooting on two Sony FX series, plus the Shure Mic, plus the lights in the background. I’m going to let you guess. Let me know in the comments how much you think this photography/v videography setup is worth.
But anyway, so I picked the three different industries that I’m passionate about. And then we also want to say that’s easily found through Instagram DMs because that’s how we’re actually going to reach out to these business owners and message them.

So I’m going to hit enter,r, and boom, Claude will literally tell me what exact niche I want to target. So in this case, it says fitness is your strongest choice.
Now, ow if it doesn’t give you a specific type of niche, then you want to ask it now for the fitness industry, what type of business should I target? And then it’ll give you a list of different businesses that you could target based on the industry you’re passionate about.
So again, it picked fitness for me, and it picked personal trainers/online coaches as the best niche for me to be able to message on Instagram.
Choosing the Best Service to Sell
So, for personal trainers and online coaches, what is the best digital marketing service to sell to them? And then boom, as you see, Claude tells me what specific service to sell them.
And in this case, Claude’s telling me to do content creation for your content creation.
So for any of these services, you could go to dropservice.io and go to the services tab. And here, you could probably find the service that Claude recommends to sell. In this case, social media management, since Claude told us to do content creation for you.

And so with Drop Service, all you would have to do is just charge twice as much as what Drop Service charges.
